New Molten Sol - Gold

Hi Everybody,

I found this new MAC Liquid Last Liner from a girl on YouTube (you should subscribe to her she's really good I think-NikkieTutorials) and she used this in one of her looks and.... amazing!

I didn't know eyeliners could be so exciting, and some other color other than black or dark blue!

Anyway, she opened up a whole new world to me and now I want to invest in all the crazy colors that MAC has to offer for liquid liners.

This particular one ( Molten Soooool) I just love saying that. Is so luxurious it's this copper/bronzey color that actually looks liquid even after it dries, and it gives such a nice POP! of color on the eyes. My eyes are green/brown (so hazel, is what I'm trying to say) so I think it compliments those colors and blues too.

I bought it at allcosmeticswholesale.com . And they have really good deals on there for MAC stuff. I'd say especially for things that are not limited edition because you get it slightly cheaper for what it would normally be.

Anyways, I'll swatch and tell me what you think, or what product have you discovered lately?

Mmmmolten Soooool... I just like saying that :)

Fuchsia Fireworks and Fireflies ( I just like alliteration)

Hi Everybody,

I went and had a manicure done with my high school friend. Now, I'm not really a manicure person (it seems like kind of a rip off when all they do is just paint your nails, really?! That's twelve dollars?!)

The positive was I found a color that I really liked. It's sort of fuchsia and not glittery at all. However, now I can't duplicate the same color, arrghh! The closest color I could find was from Revlon's Plum Seduction.

For some reason I'm in love with Fuchsia recently, I also purchased a fuchsia lipstick from L'Oreal in Sea Fleur. Sooo pretty... But really bright! I think you have to have courage to wear it.

So, I'll try to post some pictures of the colors respectively. What do you think about them? Would you wear that lip color in public? Let me know!

Makeup Adventures

Happy September!

I just went to the store and bought two Maybelline's Cool Effects Cooling eye shadows/liners, in Chill the Champagne and Storm Front. I have to say I just like the names, and the makeup is almost secondary ( but not really). Anyways, the colors are pretty self explanatory with the champagne color a kind of golden *ahem* champagne, and the storm front a greyish blue. I'd say they hit the mark with those names.

I really like the application of these shadows/liners they really do have a cold feel to them when you put them on the lids, which I'm not sure is soothing or just kind of makes me wonder what kind of chemicals did they put in it, to do that? Maybe just a fast evaporating alcohol?

Also, they go on really creamy, so that makes it really easy to apply. I really think these are going to my every day shadows because you basically just smear it on your lid and your done. You don't have to do any blending or contouring blah, blah....Just take the lid off smear it on your lid, and done! You get a little bit of shimmer on the lid, and doesn't look too much.

I'm probably going to buy a different color because even though I love the gray (Storm front!) I think I would like some variety.

Alright blog to you later!
